DEPOSITS

A deposit is required in order to book and confirm your appointment. Your deposit will go
towards the total cost of the service you have booked for. The deposit is non-refundable
for any reason. If you decide to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be lost

RESCHEDULING – CANCELING YOUR APPOINTMENT

If you wish to reschedule, 48 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment. You may reschedule your appointment one time before the deposit will be forfeited.

Please read the FAQs sections for your service before booking. The deposit is nonrefundable. If you arrive at your appointment with a conflicting issue for the procedure, the deposit will be forfeited and the appointment will be canceled.

If you wish to reschedule, There is a link in your appointment confirmation email that
allows you to do so ONE time, prior to 48 hours of your appointment.

NO SHOWING YOUR APPOINTMENT

Clients who do not show up for their appointment are considered a “no show” and flagged in my booking system. Clients who No Show will lose their deposit and will be required to pay 100% deposit for any future bookings.

LATE ARRIVALS

I understand that things can happen but unfortunately I work back to back appointments and this will effect my ability to service other clients. Therefore if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. If you would like to reschedule, a new deposit will be required.

18+ ONLY

Must be at least 18 years of age or older. In accordance to state law, no minors are permitted with a licensed Tattoo Establishment. If you bring a child with you, your appointment will be canceled and you will lose your deposit.

VAILD ID

A valid government issued photo ID is required for any cosmetic tattoo service. If you do not have a photo ID, you cannot receive a service and deposit will be forfeited. An example of a valid government issued photo ID includes a drivers license, passport, tribal ID, and expired/voided license WITH accompanying temporary papers.

PREVIOUS WORK ON EYEBROWS

If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed/ microbladed brows, PRE-APPROVAL is required prior to booking. There are many factors that need to be considered before applying a brow tattoo over previous work as not all work can be reworked. You can book and In-person Consultation or email browsbytamsen@gmail.com for pre-approval.
Failure to follow this process will result in forfeiting your deposit.

HEALED RESULTS

Microblading and all cosmetic tattoos are considered a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results are extremely dependent on how one heals and will vary with each individual client. Healed results are never guaranteed and makeup or additional session (at additional cost) maybe needed to achieve desired results. Brows by Tamsen strongly encourages you to adhere to all Pre + Post care guidelines and review the FAQ’s page to ensure you feel this service is right for you.

PRICING

Prices are subject to change at anytime without notice. However once you have secured an appointment with a deposit. The rate you made that appointment at will not change. Only any future appointments you book will be affected.

REFUNDS

All Services provided are Non-refundable, All Deposits are Non-refundable, All transactions are final and no refunds will be issued.

COVID POLICIES still in place

NO GUESTS, Please come to your appointment alone.

MASKS are still required due to the nature of our service.

FEELING UNWELL, if you have a fever within 48 hours of your appointment or feeling unwell, please reschedule. If you have tested positive for Covid, reschedule.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Brows by Tamsen reserves the right to cancel or decline clients at its discretion.

If you breach these policies, arrive with a contradiction, or pay a deposit before reading through the website and you have a contradiction that makes you ineligible for your service, your deposit will be forfeited and your appointment will be canceled.
